Kiltale Hurling Club & Camogie Club Dinner Dance

The following awards were present at the Kiltale Dinner Dance – Congratulation to all the recipients

A token of acknowledgement of the achievement of those that represented the County in hurling and Camogie was given to U21 All Ireland B winners Jack Regan (Captain), Ronan Ryan, Ross Ryan, Kevin Ryan, Iarla Hughes, Andrew Jackson, Conor Shirren, Fearghal McCabe; to our Christy Ring Cup representatives David Donoghue and Shane McGann; and to our Division 2 Camogie League winners Fia O’Brien, Cheyenne O’Brien and Louise Donoghue.

Kiltale Hurling Club membership

Janet Lenehan is  collecting on behalf of the club. To those that have paid: thank you all. Membership to be paid by 30th March 2017.  The club would be most grateful if all players and families could adhere to this deadline.

Last year thanks to Janet Lenehan all membership was paid and again Janet will be the membership officer for 2017. The club plan to have membership payment nights in the coming weeks but if you wish to contact Janet on payment please do so.  Please contact Janet at 086 0559152.

  1. Senior Full Adult (Player with voting rights) €100
  2. Over 18 and Studying (Player with voting rights) €60
  3. Single Juvenile U18 (no voting rights) €60
  4. Family Membership in conjunction with Kiltale Camogie Club (2 adults + children in full-time education) €180
    If availing of Option 4, please list names of people in your family that you wish to be registered with the Hurling club. Upon registration members over 18 years of age are entitled to vote at General meetings of the Club in accordance with the Official Hurling Rules.
  5. Full membership (with voting rights) €80
  6. If you are presently paying €15 monthly direct debit to the hurling club development fund this is your membership fee. To be registered complete a membership form.
  7. Social Club Membership – for use of walking track/facilities (no voting rights) €50

    Enjoy a pint of Guinness, or a Jameson whiskey, for only €3 – with complementary Irish Stew and bread!
  • Saturday March 18th: Live on the Big Screen – Ireland v England in the Six Nations Decider, ko 5pm – followed by music with DJ Christy
  • Sunday March 19th: Music with Ken and Trevor from 8pm
  • COMING SOON: 29th April at 8pm – Christy Dignam & Joe Jewel of Aslan – Tickets €18 and can be purchased in Clubhouse – a great night’s entertainment is guaranteed!

We would ask you all to please support the club house. This is a very important facility in our parish and always needs support. Like other clubs we don’t want to know what it is to be without it.

Call in for a friendly drink or Essence coffee by the open fire in a very homely atmosphere.

Maurice and the Bar Committee are interested in ideas on holding events etc in the Clubhouse so please share them with them.
