Kiltale is a Healthy Club

Congratulations to all associated in the clubs that have achieved the status of Healthy Club. Now at the grounds a flag and plaque will hang (endorsed by both Healthy Ireland and the Public Health Agency in NI), members and the community  know that the club value health and well-being as much as leagues and championships.

A lot of work has gone into achieving the Healthy Club – so a huge well done to Jane Donnelly, Orla O’Sullivan, Kiltale Hurling and Camogie Clubs and Ladies on the Run … and, of course, to you the community.

The participation and continuing activities to keep all healthy in mind and in body is work that continues.

Remember:

  • Boost your mood with healthy food – Eating a healthy balanced diet is proven to have a positive impact on your mental health
  • Keeping Active is a winning tactic – Getting regular exercise is proven to have a positive impact on your mental health and well being
  • Drink Less – enjoy the night socializing with fun and drinking less then you have good nights and mornings

Support the Clubhouse

  • ALL MAJOR GAMES in all sports shown on our big screens. Come on Saturday and watch Ireland take on Fiji!

Contact Carmel Bennett – 086 3770763.

The club house is a very important facility in our parish and always needs support. Like other clubs we don’t want to know what it is to be without it. Drop in for a drink or an ESSENSCE Coffee or think about using the facility for a party or meeting.

We appreciate your support and value the custom you all give.
